Words of Travel

Back in May, one of my critique partners made a three week sojourn and literal TREK through China. Because the Destinies series has faint echoes of some ancient Chinese legends, I was thrilled when she told me she would take the newly finished first draft of book two along for the walk. And now with her permission, I post the lovely Lyle holding Caverns in a tiny little village along her journey. I've long imagined (and truly, what writer doesn't) what book signings would be like, where they'd be. And I would be so honored to give one in China some day. I have worked hard to bring honor through my world into what makes up Chinese culture, even in a small Fantastic way. And in a small way... I have already been there.

Tell me though, it'd be cool to sign books on the Great Wall ~ wouldn't it? :)
