It's been quite a long time since I've posted anything here. It's been a long time since I have drawn something that I CAN post here. Over the last year I have been concentrating hard on my YA fantasy book series, and all of its characters. Well, I took a break not to long ago to enjoy some old TV thanks to HULU.com...where I started watching Quantum Leap again after more years than I care to admit. And while watching, I felt the overpowering need to draw just for myself again. To draw Sam, as Scott Bakula played him during that show which I loved so much. I felt like a teenager again while doing this portrait. Not in the sense that one may think...but the way it was for me, when I could close the world off and just create when I drew. That sense renewed me, refreshed me after all these hard dedicated months of concentration on my books. So, for that, thank you Sam. Thank you Scott.

Some Color
