Noah's Ark

Welcome to a view of the first mural I ever painted. This section of "Noah's Ark" is painted on a 12 x 8 foot wall. The 8 x 8 to the right is a large rainbow and dove flying to the main scene...with a happy sun shining over the door frame. I completed this in June of 2003, when I was 9 months pregnant with my first daughter. Besides the overwelming feeling of strangeness for drawing something not only on the walls, ( "Don't draw on the walls" echoed in my mind while I did the sketching...it was sureal) the most fun was painting the giraffes...in five to ten minute stages...because I was standing on a ladder...hugely pregnant. Quite a funny scene.
