Technology

I'm knee deep reading the third book of a continuing series...and can't find the extra energy to sit and write out old stories without a push. I am however having thoughts of the fantasy story that I am tinkering with. I have it invisioned now as possibly a five book series...with peices of each already on paper. I love having a laptop for my work...but I'm never without a sheet of paper and pen. Where would all these ideas go, if they weren't around for me in the split second when an idea comes to mind. Like at three in the morning just before you fall asleep. And, you just know you won't remember it, so you write it. I do keep paper by my bed for this kind of occasion...it happens often to me. Technology is an awesome thing, but so our those old notebooks and pens.
